FAQ

Can I replace any pump with a NIOCOM pump?

No, not every pump, we can primarily manufacture centrifugal pumps and diaphragm pumps, either from our program or also customer-specified, in the case of centrifugal pumps with a capacity of up to 1300m³/h.

Can I install NIOCOM components in any pump?

In any centrifugal pump, regardless of size or design. For other pump types, such as progressive cavity pumps, the parameters must be discussed in advance.

Which components of my centrifugal pump can be made from NIOCOM composite and replaced?

The most common components are wear parts such as pump impellers, wear rings, wear plates, shaft sleeves and guide bearings. We can manufacture your components according to a drawing template or a used or new sample.

Can components other than pump components also be manufactured from NIOCOM?

Yes of course, it depends on the application, size and specific parameters.

How long does it take to manufacture NIOCOM components?

That depends on the size and template. Once we have entered all the required dimensions in the system, production takes between three days up to a size of 300 mm and two to four weeks beyond that.

How can I submit my request and how long will it take to process?

All inquiries are best sent via the contact form or directly to the e-mail address provided. They will usually be processed within 24 hours.

Are NIOTEC marine spare parts original parts from the manufacturer?

Depending on customer requirements, we supply genuine parts from the manufacturer, OEM parts (original equipment manufacturer) and aftermarket parts (replicas or licensed parts). In the case of the latter, only from selected and long-standing contractual partners with the same and in some cases better quality than those from the original manufacturer.
